All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (Eastern Time, ET) will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Delivery Time

The total time to receive your order is calculated as:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 6–9 business days
  • Other international destinations: 7–12 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders unless otherwise specified at checkout
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase
  • We do not charge additional handling or hidden fees
